The Tektronix P6150 is a 9 GHz probe for oscilloscopes with 50 Ω-inputs.

It was designed for use with the SD-24 and SD-26 sampling heads,
MissingSpecs
but can be used with any 50 Ω instrumentation.
The P6150 comes standard with 1x and 10x attenuators.
The P6150 feeding the standard 1 meter cable (part number 174-1341-00)
feeding an SD-24 produces a system rise time of 43 picoseconds.
When the optional 22 cm cable (part number 174-1120-00) is used instead of the
1 meter cable, rise time drops to 30 picoseconds.
In 10x configuration, the P6150 has an input capacitance of no more than 0.15 pF,
input resistance of 500 Ω, and maximum input voltage of 12.5 VRMS.
