Tektronix part number 151-1034-00 is a dual N-channel JFET that is used in the 7A11 and P6051. The 151-1034-00 is a matched pair of 2N4417 dies mounted in a CC-6 package. The matching was likely done by the vendor who produced the transistors, possibly Union Carbide. The packaging almost certainly not done by Tek, again possibly Union Carbide.
