The AN/USM-488 is an oscilloscope made my Tektronix for the US Department of Defense. It closely resembles a 2235.

Does it differ at all?
Answer: Yes, there the minor differences in the trigger section such as an HF reject and other differences in where the A source switches would be in the original 2235. The trigger source switches are moved to the middle of the Vertical section on the militarized version. It also has added Uncal indicators. It is more similar to the A model of the 2235 than the basic model.
