The Tektronix 016-0057-00 is a PCB adapter for testing transistor switching times using a 292. It was provided unpopulated.
The 016-0057-00 / 292 combination is useful for testing transistor switching times in the range of tr ~0.35 ns versus the 290's tr ~1 ns.
The PCB is originally intended for a grounded emitter circuit only.
- File [016-0057-00 modification] shows how by making three resistors plugable,
the 016-0057-00 board may be used for both grounded emitter and grounded base tests.
