The Tektronix 016-0057-00 is a PCB for testing transistor switching times using a 292. It was provided unpopulated.

The 016-0057-00/292 combination is useful for testing transistor switching times in the range of tr ~0.35 ns versus the 290's tr ~1 ns.

The PCB is intended for a grounded emitter circuit.
