The Tektronix M026 (P/N 155-0018-00) is a zeros logic control monolithic integrated circuit chip in a 16-pin DIP, designed by Les Larson.
It comprises an input logic section, four memory cells, an output logic section and a binary-to-ternary conversion stage, and is used in the 7000 series readout system.
