The Tektronix M127 (P/N 155-0114-00) is a character generator monolithic integrated circuit in a 16-pin ceramic DIP.

It accepts sign and multiplexed 4-bit BCD inputs, and produces X, Y and Z (intensity) signals for the CRT display of the 4-digit multimeter in the 213 mini-scope, where it is driven by a multiplexed 4-digit BCD counter (Mostek MK5007).

The digits have the standard 7-segment shape.
