The Tektronix M187  (P/N 155-0185-00) is a 4-digit digital voltmeter monolithic integrated circuit in a 20 pin DIP, designed by Don Larson.

The M187 contains a 4-decade BCD counter, latches, a multiplexer and a D/A converter that outputs a 10-level current interfacing directly with the 7000 series readout system.
