The Tektronix M102 (P/N 203-0102-90) is a vertical output amplifier monolithic integrated circuit similiar to the 203-0089-90 (M89). It was designed by Einar Traa.
The M089A is almost identical to the M102A. Except for R11 in the M102A, the two circuits are the same.
