The Tektronix 2701 is a manually controlled 50 Ω step attenuator adjustable in 1 dB steps from zero to 79 dB, usable from DC to 1 GHz. The 2703 is the 75 Ω sister model.

The 2701 uses tiny ceramic attenuators that are also found in the 7A24 and some versions of the 7A19. They blow out quite easily since there is no fuse as found in the 7000 series plugins.
