Template:Plugin Sidebar 2 The Tektronix Type 59 is a 400 kHz amplifier for 560-series scopes. It was introduced in 1960, and at $50 (2015 value: $398) it was the lowest cost model of the 560-series plug-ins.

It does not have a calibrated input attenuator. The Type 59 input takes banana plugs.
