If you get the "Sorry, the file cannot be displayed. There seems to be a technical issue ..." error when trying to view an image, a workaround is to click on the cog icon in the upper right side of the media viewer, and then select "Disable Media Viewer". We are aware of the problem and are looking for a solution.

The Tektronix 5A23 is a simple/low cost amplifier plug-in for 5000-series scopes.

Voltage range is only selectable in decade steps (and variable gain control) instead of the usual 1−2−5 sequence.

Specifications

Bandwidth DC to 1.5 MHz
Deflection 10 mV/div to 10 V/div, 1−10 sequence, ±3%, and variable control
Input impedance 1 MΩ // 47 pF
Maximum input 350 V DC + peak AC
