Template:Plugin Sidebar 2 The Tektronix 5B13N is a general-purpose, "low cost" time base for 5000-series scopes.

Specifications

  • Sweep: 1 μs/Div to 100 ms/Div selected by pushbutton, or 50 mV/Div X input, plus an uncalibrated multiplier control dial (up to 1s/Div)
  • Triggering specified to 1 MHz
  • X input bandwidth 250 kHz
