The Tektronix AT5010 is a 50 Ω programmable attenuator plug-in for the TM5000 system. The attenuation factor is controllable via GPIB.

The input and output connectors are SMA on the front panel.

Frequency range is DC to 18 GHz, maximum power is 1 W.
