The Tektronix P6207 is an active 10× FET probe with a Tekprobe SMA connector, compatible with Tektronix TDS 800 Series (TDS820,TDS840) scopes.
Specifications
The P6207 has a typical bandwidth of 4 GHz and an input impedance of 100 kΩ in parallel with 400 fF (0.4 pF). The output must be terminated into 50 Ω.
