The Tektronix P6430 is a temperature probe designed for use with digital multimeters and plug-ins including DM43, DM44, DM501, 7D13, and 7D12/M1, which have a 4-pin LEMO S-series connector for this probe.

The temperature sensor in the P6430 is a diode-connected transistor.
