The Sony/Tektronix RTD710 is a digitizer with a vertical bandwidth of 100 MHz and a maximum sample rate of 200 Msamp/sec. Vertical resolution is 10 bits.

The waveform is stored in RAM, which is organized as 256K words of 10 bits.

The RTD710 can be configured for having the trigger event at the beginning or at the end of the acquisition window, or anywhere in between.

The RTD710 contains a Motorola 68000 microprocessor.
