The Tektronix Type 128 is a power supply for up to two Type P500CF or Type P170CF cathode-follower probes. It was introduced in 1958.
It provides three DC voltages − regulated +120 V @ 25 mA, and two independent unregulated +6.3 V @ 150 mA circuits, one for each probe socket.
Low voltage rectification is done by a selenium rectifier, plate voltage rectification by a 6X4 tube. The voltage reference for the +120 V supply is produced by a 5651 tube.
