The Tektronix P510A is a 10x passive voltage probe that was made for slower Tek scopes, up to the Type 535.

The P510 uses a standard 50 Ω coax cable, which rings above 10 MHz. This aberration is not visible on slower displays, but the 30 MHz Type 545 necessitated a new probe, the P400 Series.

Key Specifications

Attenuation  ×10
Input impedance 10 MΩ // 12 pF (with 40 pF scope input)
Input voltage max. 600 Vp-p
Scope connection UHF connector to 1 MΩ // 40 pF scope input
