After I pulled out the original, a cheap component tester identified it as a JFET. I have yet to put it on a curve tracer but am curious what it shows...

A bad PNP pass transistor damaged a DC503 for me. Check that your pass transistors are functional before they zap something! After I pulled out the original, a cheap component tester identified it as a JFET. I have yet to put it on a curve tracer but am curious what it shows...
