The Tektronix T202 is a battery-powered, hand-held 5 MHz digital storage scope with voltmeter and frequency counter functions. It has a 128x128 monochrome LCD.

This was an OEM version of a Createc SC series unit, introduced in the mid-1980s, which was also sold under other brands.

The slide switches are patented
The screws for opening the unit are hidden behind so called "warranty plugs". These plugs can't be removed without destroying them

This board also contains proprietary ICs. The top half is the graphics processor with some RAM. The bottom contains the keyboard circutry.

Test procedures

The firmware reveals that some diagnostic routines are integrated into the scope. These are not mentioned in the user manual.
