The Tektronix P6045 is a 230 MHz FET probe. It requires a ±12.5 V supply from a 015-0073-00 or a 454/454A scope.

Attenuator heads can be placed on the tip of the P6045, reducing the capacitance, increasing the signal amplitude range, and of course reducing the sensitivity.

It is possible that Glenn Bateman designed the P6045.
