The Tektronix 013-0054-00 is a BNC to probe tip adaptor for early probes, like the P6006, that have a #6-32 threaded probe tip connection. It does NOT screw onto the probe; it's a push-on adapter.
Note that some have the center probe contact split into halves and some into quarters. See the 2nd photo below.
