The P8018 is a passive probe specifically for making TDR measurements. It has a pressure sensor so that when the probe is in firm contact with the DUT, a signal is sent (over a separate non-RF cable) to the 80A02 ESD Protection Module telling the 80A02 to allow the signal to enter the TDR pulse/sampling head, e.g., an 80E04.
