The Tektronix P6000 is a 30 MHz,  ×10 passive voltage probe designed for use with oscilloscopes that have a 1 MΩ // 20 to 50 pF input impedance and a UHF connector. The P6003 is a variant of the P6000 that has a BNC connector instead of a UHF connector.

Probe input impedance is 10 MΩ // 11.5 to 14.5 pF. Maximum voltage is 1200 V. The connection with the scope is with

The P6000 was made with four different cable lengths:

  • 3.5 feet, part number 010-0020-00
  • 6 feet, part number 010-0030-00
  • 9 feet, part number 010-0035-00
  • 12 feet, part number 010-0041-00
