The Tektronix 11A16 is a two-channel 100MHz current amplifier for 11300-series, 11400-series, DSA-series, and some CSA-series mainframes, depending on the version of the firmware. Each channel has a 12-pin input connector. The 11A16 gets scaling information from the current probe and scales the display appropriately.
