The Tektronix DM5120 is a programmable 6½-digit multimeter plug-in for the TM5000 system.

The DM5520 is a standalone version, i.e. a DM5120 in a dedicated mainframe. The Meter DM5120 cannot be used outside the DM5520 frame.

  • 3029999 digit counts
  • Calibration maybe done manually thru the front panel or via the gpib interface.
  • 0-300 Vdc
  • 0-300 Vac
  • 0-3 amp Dc
  • 0-3 amp Ac
  • 0-300 Meg Ohms 2 and 4 wires mode (300 and 30k Ohms range).


Input Impedance of the meter

  • 300mv, 3v : >1 giga Ohms
  • 30v : 11 Meg ohms
  • 300v : 10.1 Meg Ohms
