The Tektronix DAC 850E is a digital to analog converter. The maximum sample rate is 50 MHz. The resolution is 8 bits. The digital input uses ECL logic levels and 100-ohm differential impedance.
The DAC IC used in the DAC 850E is the 155-0169-00.
