The Tektronix DAC 850T is a digital to analog converter. The maximum sample rate is 50 MHz. The resolution is 8 bits. The digital input uses TTL logic levels and high impedance. The digital input goes directly into a MC10124 TTL-to-ECL translator. The voltage output has a 75-ohm controlled impedance.
The DAC IC used in the DAC 850E is the 155-0169-00.
