Block diagram

The Tektronix 155-0145-00 (M151) is a Tek-made pulse output amplifier chip in a 16-pin DIP, designed by Howard Landsman and Ken Schlotzhauer.

It contains two amplifiers providing a controlled risetime output pulse occurring between ground and a programmable negative level, given a TTL input pulse.
