The Tektronix 017-0502-00 is a 50 Ω, 5 ns cable with GR-874 connectors at both ends.
It is made with 3.167 feet of RG-213/U coaxial cable, which makes it a lower-loss, but far less flexible version of 017-0512-00.
This cable was a standard accessory to S-2 sampling heads, and signal generators such as Type 106, 109 and 191.
