The Tektronix SCD5000 is a digitizer based on a scan converter tube. It has a vertical bandwidth of 4.5GHz. The maximum sample rate is 200Gsamp/sec. The maximum record length is 1024 samples. Vertical resolution is 11 bits. External triggering is required, unless option 01 is present, which trigger pickoff but reduces the vertical bandwidth to 3GHz. The input is direct-coupled and is 5V full-scale on the regular SCD5000 and 10V full-scale with option 01.

Manual needed.
