The Tektronix CSA404 "Communications Signal Analyzer" is an 11000-series scope that offers signal analysis and measurement capabilities tailored to high-speed digital communications signals. It works with the 11A81 plug-in.
The CSA404 continuously accumulates data into a 256×512×16 bit array memory for statistical analysis. Features include histograms, mask testing, and a color-graded display.
