The Tektronix 2B67 is a timebase plug-in for 560-series scopes. It is an improved version of the Type 67. The 2B67 has a single-sweep mode, while the 67 does not.

A modified 2B67 MOD 730A (with a special input for the Rotational Function Generator 015-0108-00) was part of the Engine Analyzer package.

The Physionic Engineering TBP-621C appears to be a modified 2B67.
