The Tektronix 015-0495-00 is a very small pulse transformer built into the same box that Tektronix used for their oscilloscope input capacitance normalizers/standardizers. It has BNC connectors and inverts pulses sent to it. The interior view shows the small ferrite toroid core embedded in silicone.
