The Tektronix 609 is a CRT based X-Y monitor using electrostatic deflection, introduced in 1990. The 609 is a 608 Color with LCD shutter color for color display.
The 609 may have been replaced in 1991 when the 608 was offered with the LCD shutter as an option.
