The TSI 8150 is a mainframe in which up to 10 relay driver cards may be installed. The mainframe provides switching for various types of electrical signal including. It is intended for use in automated test systems as it has no controls other the the GPIB connection on the rear and a power switch. Built in tests and controls are all done through GPIB. Options for switching include relays for DC as well as RF and microwave switching modules. The mainframe is capable of both direct control of the relays though GPIB as well as programmed sequences. Connection to the device under test are connected through a Virginia Panel Interface mass interconnect.
