AT5010
The Tektronix AT5010 is a 50 Ω programmable attenuator plug-in for the TM5000 system. The attenuation factor is controllable via GPIB.
It is derived from the 067-1095-99 that was developed as part of the automated Multi-Purpose Test Station.
