Shall we adopt a convention of leaving PDFs that are OCRed with no marking and marking PDFs that are not OCRed with "needs OCR"? The assumption is that almost all PDFs will be OCRed PDFs and will have no marking so their link text looks cleaner. Kurt (talk) 15:28, 9 March 2024 (PST)
