Modified sampler channel, avoiding batteries. Using two head-to-head leds plus one resistor for replacing each battery. Adjustment by careful positioning, two emitting leds in series with one common series resistor. Red wire connects to series resistor on other side of board. Heads of leds are glued together using cyanoacrylate, each set in black shrink tubing.
