Tektronix part number 151-1027-00 is a dual N-channel JFET.

Specifications

  • IDSS = 5 - 30 mA
  • Vp(max) = 3.5 V
  • gm(min) = 10 mS
  • IG = 100 pA
  • Offset = 25 mV, 25 μV/°C at ID=2 mA, VGD=20 V

The 151-1027-00 is used in the front end of the 5031, the 3A9 and in the AM502.
