The Tektronix 165-2232-01 is a buffer amplifier hybrid integrated circuit used in the 2245A (A10U112, A10U122).

There are at least three different versions of this buffer:

  • 165-2154-00. This has cermet trim pots and no input peaking inductor. Used on 2246.
  • 165-2232-00. Bourns 3335W trim pots. Input peaking inductor. Used on 2245, 2246 1Y from B700100 to B700493. 2246 MOD A, 2Y from B100100 to B101582, 2246A.
  • 165-2232-01. Bourns 3335W trim pots. Input peaking inductor. Revised trimming capacitor. Used on 2245A, 2246 1Y B700494 onwards. 2246 MOD A, 2Y B101583 onwards, 2247A, 2252.
