The Tektronix 155-0046-00 is a high-speed divider monolithic integrated circuit, designed by Luis Navarro.

The 155-0046-00 2:1 divider (flip-flop) was only used in early versions of the 7D14. When the chip was discontinued, the high-frequency counter board of the 7D14 was redesigned to use a standard ECL part (156-0377-00) in SN B050000+ (board 670-0993-01).
