The Type 564 is a storage scope that takes 2-series or 3-series plug-ins. The left plug-in directly drives the vertical deflection plates of the CRT. The right plug-in directly drives the horizontal deflection plates. There 564 is a bench scope. The RM564 is the rack-mount version. There is also a 564B.
