The Tektronix 015-064 Four Channel Waveform Generator produces four different waveforms, available via BNC connectors on the front panel.
The unit gets it power from a fifth BNC connector, also on the front panel. It was designed to be able to be powered by the 100 V CAL output of an oscilloscope.
The unit shown in the photos was modified to run on 10 V.
