The Tek 11331 was a prototype scope that was renamed the 11401 before going into full production.
Regarding the 11331 in the photo, Tom Rousseau says:
Definitely an early 11401, but after we changed to the 9” CRT, so not the earliest. I recall that the nomenclature hadn’t finalized early in the project, so we were probably still operating under the nomenclature that we were using from the product proposal.
