The Tektronix 11A32 is a two-channel amplifier plug-in for 11000-series oscilloscopes. It has provides a bandwidth of 400MHz in fast 11000-series oscilloscopes. The input impedance can be selected as 50 ohms or 1M. The sensitivity is from 1mV per division to 10V per division.
