The Tektronix 155-0048-01 (M052F) is a Tek-made trigger sweep IC for applications below 1 MHz, designed by Dave Allen. The 155-0048-01 is packaged in a 16-pin minipac, the 155-0055-00 is the same chip in a 16-pin DIP.
