The Tektronix H672 (P/N 155-0183-00) is a Schottky diode detector hybrid integrated circuit (thin film)in a Hypcon package, usable to 3 GHz. It was designed by Art Metz and is used in the 067-0587-02 calibration plug-in for the leveling function.
