The Tektronix Type 292 is a Semiconductor Tester Power Supply, to be used with a test fixture.
The 016-0057-00 is the standard transistor fixture for use with the 292 (grounded emitter circuit).
A 016-0058-00 board, intended for grounded base circuit, is listed but not pictured in the 292 manual, and is never mentioned in any Tektronix catalog.
